Growing your strengths, discovering your true you.

“What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?”

Donald O. Clifton, Ph.D.

psychologist and business executive

This quote is at the heart of the strengths movement. We all have memories of looking at our grades and spending more time wondering about the lower grades than celebrating the good ones. It’s natural, and it’s not helpful. Because our strengths come easy to us, we may think they’re not a big deal, when the reverse is true - they are a very big deal! They are our talents!

About RedTail Communications

The name RedTail Communications came about from my love of birds. I’ve always loved birds, and the red-tailed hawk is one of my favorites. There is almost always one perched on hwy 169 which runs north/south in the twin cities metro. They sit there looking down at the cars and I wonder what they are thinking. I consider it a really good day when I see one soaring overhead, catching the wind and doing circles. It somehow makes me think all is well with the world.

You have what you need

RedTail exists to help you figure out where you will thrive. By identifying your best you, work and personal relationships become more authentic and your ability to thrive will increase.

Offering sessions on CliftonStrengths for teams and individuals; for people in job transition (with other life transitions coming!); business development and leadership training for managers (Long Game Leadership); and retreats and trainings for those wanting to improve their ability to have crucial conversations.

Providing guidance and discussing our abilities allows a person to be introspective towards greater growth and present leadership. Thank you Beth for providing your wisdom on my career journey!
